Following that, you will understand the importance of school welfare, legal and ethical considerations, essential interpersonal skills and qualities, and relevant policies and guidelines.
The course then focuses on the fascinating realm of child development and psychology, equipping you with the knowledge needed to enrich young learner's lives. The various stages of child development, influential theories, factors that shape development, common developmental challenges, and strategies for fostering emotional and mental well-being will be explained.
