Overview

Hace poco tiempo, el trabajo del gerente de productos consistía en evaluar los datos del mercado, crear requisitos y gestionar la transferencia a ventas/marketing. Tal vez hablaría con un cliente en algún lugar y ellos le dirían qué características deseaban. Pero las empresas que gestionan productos de esa manera están fracasando.

Ser un responsable de productos hoy en día es una nueva actividad, y los gerentes de productos están en el centro de ella. Hoy en día, en particular si su producto es mayormente digital, podría actualizarlo varias veces al día. Hay grandes cantidades de datos disponibles para tomar decisiones y, al mismo tiempo, los conocimientos profundos sobre la motivación y la experiencia del cliente son más importantes que nunca. El trabajo del gerente de productos moderno es establecer una dirección y crear un entorno de trabajo exitoso para todos los actores involucrados en el éxito del producto. No es un trabajo simple o fácil, pero es un trabajo significativo en el que aprenderá todo el tiempo.

Enfocar su trabajo utilizando métodos modernos de gestión de productos (semana 2)

Gestionar nuevos productos y explorar nuevas ideas de productos (semana 3)

Gestionar y amplificar los productos existentes (semana 4)

Este curso es ideal para los gerentes generales o de productos actuales interesados en los métodos de gestión de productos modernos de la actualidad.
